TeltoCharge Solar Integration
This advancement brings an eco-friendly EV charging experience by harnessing solar power, marking a significant milestone in Teltonika Energy pursuit of a green energy future.
With the integration of solar charging, Teltonika Energy introduces three distinct solar charging modes, a scheduling feature, and intelligent phase balancing, providing a user-friendly, flexible, and eco-conscious charging solution.
Exploring the Solar Charging Modes
1. Solar Only Charging: Embrace the Power of the Sun
In Solar Only Charging mode, users get the benefit of 100% green energy, sourced directly from the sun. By leveraging state-of-the-art solar panels and photovoltaic technology, this mode allows for optimal utilization of renewable solar energy, providing a green charging solution for the environmentally conscious user.
2. ECO+ Charging: Striking the Perfect Balance
ECO+ Charging mode brings forth a harmonious amalgamation of solar and traditional charging. It ensures optimal utilization of solar energy while maintaining a balance with the conventional power grid. The system is designed to give preference to solar energy, utilizing it whenever the sun is shining.
3. ECO Charging: Ensuring Uninterrupted Charging
Finally, for those times when solar energy is scarce, such as during evening hours or cloudy days, the ECO Charging mode comes to the rescue. It guarantees uninterrupted charging from the conventional power grid, ensuring your EV is always ready to go, no matter the availability of sunlight.
Intelligent Phase Balancing and Scheduling
Besides offering three charging modes, TeltoCharge's solar charging also features intelligent phase balancing and scheduling.
The system can automatically alternate between 1 or 3-phase charging to accommodate the available solar surplus energy, corresponding to the chosen solar charging profile: Solar Only, ECO+, or ECO.
Moreover, the scheduling function enables users to program a solar charging profile based on their specific needs and the time of the day. For example, users can schedule the Solar Only charging during periods of high sunlight availability to maximize the utilization of green energy, while the ECO charging can be programmed for times when solar power generation is expected to be limited.
