We guarantee our electronic manufacturing services a 24-month warranty period. The warranty term starts from the Shipment Date for Goods.
If a device stops operating within the warranty period, the product can be:
Create new ticket and fill in the information about the non-functioning product.
Follow the instructions from the engineer and wait until your form is approved.
After the form is approved you will get it through E-mail.
Print the RMA form and send it together with the shipment.
